Textile Ct Airbnb First Floor As you enter the front door, you are greeted with sleek design and warm finishes, such as hardwood floors and welcoming wall colors. The first floor has access to an attached, over-sized one car garage. It also boasts a bedroom with a queen size bed & two nightstands. The room has a closet, ceiling fan, and access to a full bath, as well. Also, there is storage space underneath the stairs and easy access to outdoor space. Second Floor As you walk up the stained hardwood stairs, you catch glimpses of the second floor through the slatted custom wood wall, which allows natural light from six living room windows to spill into the stairwell. Located on the second floor, the main living area includes an open kitchen with custom wood cabinets, large center island, and granite countertops. The kitchen also features stainless steel appliances, including a range, vent hood, and dishwasher. Additionally, the second floor includes a half-bath with furniture-style vanity, as well as a closet. Third Floor Walking up to the third floor, you’ll discover the Master Suite with king-size bed. This private space includes an ensuite master bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, private toilet room, & double vanity. A closet is located off the master bedroom. HOUSE RULES Failure to adhere to the following house rules could mean early cancellation of your stay with no refund for any unused portion of the reservation. • Parties, gatherings, & events are strictly forbidden. • Quiet Hours – 10 PM to 8 AM • NO SMOKING/VAPING of ANY SUBSTANCE anywhere on the property. If you smoke/vape, you will be charged a minimum $500 cleaning fee. • The person that booked the property must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for any potential damage(s). • All guest names must be provided prior to check-in. We will send you an emailed form that you will use to list the names & ages of all occupants that will lodge at Textile. Only registered individuals are permitted to lodge at the townhouse. • Visitors allowed upon host's prior written authorization. • Children are welcome with adult supervision, but the property has not been child- proofed. Though we do have plenty of guests who come & enjoy the space with their children, it is with the understanding that their safe and fun stay is 100% your responsibility. • Please be aware this is South Carolina. If you don't want mosquitoes, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other pests in the townhome, make sure you do not leave the doors and/or windows open! We do not give refunds for critters found inside or outside of the property. We provide routine pest control. Please, message us with any concerns. • All concerns (i.e. damage(s), cleanliness, maintenance) must be reported immediately. • In good faith, we expect all guests to report any damage to our unit or our property immediately and to provide appropriate compensation. If this does NOT occur, we will seek damages directly through Airbnb. This includes linens/towels, bed linens, bed covers/quilts, mattress toppers, mattresses, furniture, rugs, window coverings, etc. • Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is—at times—available for a fee. Late check-out MUST be pre-approved BEFORE your check-out date. Non-approved, delayed checkouts will incur a $50/hour stayover fee. • Please, follow all check-out instructions. Dane was very responsive to all our needs. We booked late and he accepted quickly which helped us with our trip. Clemson is less than 20 minutes away and very easy to get to. The town of Easley has plenty to do and Dane gives great recommendations. The house is newly built and very nicely decorated with all new additions. Will definitely look to book again with Dane

Great place. 3 levels, absolutely beautiful master with walk out balcony. The place is spotless and very welcoming. I will be back. Great restaurants within walking distance. Host super friendly and quick response time.

We had a great stay! The location is a perfect base for Clemson or Greenville. The home is very new and spacious. Dane & Brandi were friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Bonnie was a wonderful weekend away! Well equipped and easy to access. We were able to walk to the Silos (multi restaurant outdoor/ indoor food hall) and then wander downtown and watch the train pass through. If you need a place to stay near easley/greenville, we'd happily recommend The Bonnie. Check out list was very reasonable. The house was very clean and felt private. Parking may be a bit tight if you arrive in a dually diesel pickup, or multiple large vehicles, but we were able to fit our crew cab f150 in the driveway without issue. Downstairs had one of two bedrooms with a bathroom available to it. If you're traveling with someone with limited mobility, it's an easy room to access with no stairs. The main living space and master are upstairs, so that may be worth considering if you find stairs loathsome. Overall we loved it. It's an easy walk to a lot of what Easley has to offer, and Greenville is a simple 20-30 min drive away.

This was such a beautiful space with lovely touches that really made it feel like home. My husband (a professional painter) was impressed with the quality of the build. The amenities were amazing and communication with host was excellent. I recommend this Airbnb highly!
