HOUSE RULES PET POLICY & STAY RULES Failure to adhere to the following house rules could mean early cancellation of your stay with no refund for any unused portion of the reservation. PET POLICY • Should your small dog need to travel and stay with you on your visit to the Upstate, we welcome one house-trained dog up to 50 lbs. Your dog must be added to the reservation, must be socialized, fully potty trained, and must be current on all shots, as well as flea and tick treatment. We charge a $100 pet fee per visit, which must be paid prior to checking in. • Dogs only. No cats and other pets allowed. • Please, never leave your dog unattended. We understand emergencies happen. If you must leave your pup unattended for a short period of time, please crate him/her. • Pick-up the poo! Please, dispose of it in the outside waste receptacle between the buildings. Failure to do so will result in an additional $100 cleaning surcharge. • Pets must be leashed at ALL times when outside the townhome. • Textile Court is a six-unit townhome complex. So, other guests, children, and/or pets may be staying on property. Because of this, your dog must be socialized, getting along with other dogs and people. Again, your dog must be leashed at ALL times when outside the townhome. • Even the most well-behaved dogs have accidents, and we totally understand that; however, guests will be charged for any damage(s) caused by their dog, as well as any extra cleaning necessary to restore the property to proper cleaning standards. • Before entering the townhome, clean your pet's paws. • Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including sofas and beds. Please, keep your pets off all furniture. • We provide dog bowls for your pup. Please, do not allow your pup to eat and/or drink from the dishes provided for our four-legged guests. • If you do not disclose that you will be bringing a pet (or bring more than one pet), the cost is $300 per pet per night. *Stay Rules on next page… STAY RULES • Parties, gatherings, & events are strictly forbidden. • Quiet Hours – 10 PM to 8 AM • NO SMOKING/VAPING of ANY SUBSTANCE anywhere on the property. If you smoke/vape, you will be charged a minimum $500 cleaning fee. • The person that booked the property must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for any potential damage(s). • All guest & pet names must be provided prior to check-in. We will send you an emailed form that you will use to list the names & ages of all occupants that will lodge at Textile, plus the name, breed, and weight of your dog. Only registered individuals & pets are permitted to lodge at the townhouse. • Visitors allowed upon host's prior written authorization. • Children & pets are welcome with adult supervision, but the property has not been child- proofed or pet-proofed. Though we do have plenty of guests who come & enjoy the space with their children & pets, it is with the understanding that their safe and fun stay is 100% your responsibility. • Please be aware this is South Carolina. If you don't want mosquitoes, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other pests in the townhome, make sure you do not leave the doors and/or windows open! We do not give refunds for critters found inside or outside of the property. We provide routine pest control. Please, message us with any concerns. • All concerns (i.e. damage(s), cleanliness, maintenance) must be reported immediately. • In good faith, we expect all guests to report any damage to our unit or our property immediately and to provide appropriate compensation. If this does NOT occur, we will seek damages directly through Airbnb. This includes linens/towels, bed linens, bed covers/quilts, mattress toppers, mattresses, furniture, rugs, window coverings, etc. • Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is—at times—available for a fee. Late check-out MUST be pre-approved BEFORE your check-out date. Non-approved, delayed checkouts will incur a $50/hour stayover fee. • Please, follow all check-out instructions. These are sent via Airbnb messaging prior to your check-out date. • Please, message using the Airbnb app unless it’s an emergency.

You have access to the townhome and the garage. Additionally, you can park outside of the garage.
